View eventMaking Sense of Psychedelics webinar: Where Is the Field and Where Does It Need to Go?
Psychedelics show therapeutic promise, but the field faces numerous regulatory and scientific challenges – and the question of how to distinguish between hype and hope. This is an optimal moment to get clarity on these challenges and agree priorities across research and regulation.
In this webinar, we explored a wide range of issues and perspectives as part of an impartial reflection on where the field is now, and where it needs to go.
Niall Boyce chaired a timely discussion with Allan Young, Pim Cuijpers and Florence Butlen-Ducuing about evolving our approach to clinical trials, the intersection with psychotherapy research, regulatory and development implications – and the needs of patients and embedding lived experience across the board.
