Read articleOur new website features an innovative hub: a curated, daily updated portal for mental health research funding opportunities.
This global resource — the first of its kind dedicated solely to mental health — allows users to find funding opportunities from travel grants to large scale projects and programs. Importantly, we’re sharing calls not only from funders focused on mental health, but also those supporting work at the intersection of mental health and other areas.
“The new grant opportunities portal fills an important gap in the mental health research sector,” said Raliza Stoyanova, Executive Director of the Alliance. “In the challenging funding landscape we’re facing, capturing all relevant resources that can support research in this critical area of health is more important than ever.”
The portal is designed not only for researchers seeking funding, but also for funders and organisations who want to understand where their peers are investing and how mental health research priorities are evolving globally.
