On 6 May 2026, the International Alliance of Mental Health Research Funders (IAMHRF) will publish a new global analysis of mental health research funding (2014–2023), drawing on more than 110,000 grants from 40 public and philanthropic funders across 13 countries.

The report covers how funding has evolved over the decade, who and what is still being left behind, where youth mental health sits in the funding landscape, and how investment varies across mental health conditions.
