GALENOS (Global Alliance for Living Evidence on aNxiety, depressiOn, and pSychosis) is a living, open-access evidence platform funded by Wellcome* and supported by global partners (e.g., UCL, Cochrane, MQ Mental Health*) aimed at continuously synthesizing new findings on early phase anxiety, depression, and psychosis research.

It offers a state of the art ontology and living systematic reviews integrating human and animal studies, with ongoing updates to accelerate prioritisation of promising mechanisms and interventions. For funders, GALENOS provides real-time insights into emerging evidence, uncovers research gaps, and supports strategic allocation of resources by highlighting early stage signals with high impact potential.

Its co-production model, including a Global Lived Experience Advisory Board, enhances relevance and equity. Check out GALENOS’ recent reports on topics ranging from the therapeutic potential of exercise in PTSD to cognitive bias modification for social anxiety and internet use and mental health symptoms in young people.
